At reflec evolution we blend well - with our customers and for our customers.
Our technologists are familiar with customer needs and our technology is readily adaptable to create the exact blend of required product. This gives us the flexibility to deal with fragile powders, low melt, liquid addition, encapsulation and multi-component materials.

Our range of equipment enables us to blend batches from as small as five kilograms to a thousand tonnes, or more. We are currently operating Continuous Blending Systems alongside High Shear, Plough Shear, U-Trough, and Low Energy Cone Blenders (capacity 10 litres to 4,000 litres). Our close links to research departments mean we can introduce state-of-the-art equipment as new techniques are developed.

Because we appreciate the need for a contamination-free production environment, each of our blending systems has been built as a separate unit. This has created excellent hygienic conditions and our operatives are trained to take clinical care to ensure the purity of the product.
